Analytical Sciences are applied throughout Seawit, from developing functional lipids to special- purpose oils, enabling us to explore how the value of specific analytical technology in particular application areas can be used to develop products and processes in completely different fields.

Our Analytical Sciences capabilities cover a range of expertise and techniques for visual characterization of surface micromorphology, the visual characterization of impact stability, visual characterization of chemical composition changes / thermal stability, in order to better observe the state of molecules.

The precise and moderate processing proprietary technology adopted by Seawit is a more precise and accurate processing method that aims to preserve fat-soluble nutrients to the greatest extent possible, remove and avoid harmful substances, based on the exploration of the migration and changes of nutrients and harmful substances during oil and fat processing. We have achieved control standards for harmful substances such as zero trans fatty acids, 3-MCPD, glycidyl esters, plasticizers, etc., which are far higher than those of the United States, European Union, and national standards; Seawit invested heavily to introduce the internationally leading GEA-NIRO microencapsulated powder secondary spray embedding granulation equipment, ensuring the stability and reliability of the microencapsulated powder.

Seawit R&D team has long cooperated with research institutions such as the National Marine Food Engineering Technology Research and Development Center, the National Functional Food Engineering Technology Center, and the First Institute of Oceanography. As the leading unit of the Qingdao Functional Lipid Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, it has a provincial-level academician workstation, a provincial-level key lipid laboratory and over 70 invention patents.

Among them, two scientific research achievements in replacing fat with human milk have been identified as leading international levels;Seawit's achievements in "moderate oil processing technology" and "breast milk fat preparation technology" all have international leading levels.
